1. Do you deliver across the UAE?
Yes, we deliver to all Emirates including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location.


2. How long will it take to receive my order?
Our delivery timeframe is typically between 5–10 business days. Since we operate a dropshipping model, items are shipped directly from our global suppliers. You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.


3. Are there any additional taxes or customs charges?
No, we do not charge any taxes or hidden fees. The price you see is the final price you pay. In most cases, your order will be delivered without any extra charges.


4. Can I return or exchange a product?
Yes, we offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team.


5. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and selected local UAE payment gateways. Cash on Delivery (COD) may also be available for certain items.
